We normally ship within three business days.

Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, you may call us and place an order. We will send you a PayPal invoice for payment and after it is paid we will ship out your order.

What if I don't like what I ordered?
We ask that you are careful when ordering Avon products. Although you can return them and receive a refund we can not refund you on shipping unless we made an error when we sent out your order. Designer fragrances can not be returned. Obviously, we can not resell a product once it is opened and I can only wear so many different fragrances myself! :)
